In Serbia more than 3.200 health workers have been employed, of which 1.400 are doctors, said the Health Minister Zlatibor Loncar

VUCIC: We will renew all four clinical centers in Serbia

According to him, a concurs has been announced yesterday to hire 50 nurses in Nis Clinical Center and 25 for permanent job, and 25 for temporary job.

Speaking about the construction of the Clinical Center Nis, Loncar said that in 2012, nothing was done, and that part of the money was spent for the construction without any justification, because all deadlines in the contract with the European Bank have passed.

- It was supposed to be over by 2012, not over, but reconstructed. We were in a place where Clinical Center should be built in a pond, a lake. We found the documentation, corrected it and Clinical Center will be populated by March or April - said Loncar.

He minister added that the government has allocated more than 2.2 billion dinars of the most advanced equipment in the Nis Clinical Center.

- Nis' cardiology, which we found in weed in 2012, today performs over 300 surgeries a year - said Loncar.

The Minister of Health says that the Nis Clinical Center received a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus, two apparatus for radiology, and it is expected that in the next few months, there will be no waiting lists for radiation, while the waiting list for an MRI is already reduced.
