- I was emptying trashcan when my boss called me and said to me to go to certain hairdressers saloon. I was sitting there for two hours and i got a new hairdo and makeup. I felt pretty, even though i have no teeth. It meant a lot to me!

- Last time i went to hairdresser was around New Year, because with 35.000 dinars of wage, as a widow, mother of four with five grandchildren, i really can't set aside that much money for that luxury - Rosa is honest.

This woman gathers trash, cigarette buds, empties trashcans and she does that for 7 hours a day, every day, and she said she is not ashamed of her work, and that his means a lot to her.

- Everybody stops me in the street, they say they liked me, that i am popular now, they are happy, applauding! And i was afraid i will be fired - she said honestly.

There is no reason to get fired, because her boss Dijana Jankov said that Rozika is a lovely person, hard worker and colleague with a smile.

- We were contacted by the initiator of the campaign Andrija Nikitović, which surprised us a lot because we get calls to do some favors to someone, but not vice versa. Roza did not expect such token of appreciation, and she didn't even hope for it. Her job was to keep the hygiene in the city and that is a very difficult assignment! - she concluded.

Andrija Nikitovic, the owner of the saloon where the action took place everybody in Novi sad is talking about, said that they are inspired with "makeover" and they decided to find someone who needs that kind of transformation and someone who doesn't know how to do it on their own.

- Then i thought of Siskica (as i call her), the woman who has been working in City Sanitation for 13 years and i see her everyday in the city. My mom also works in Sanitation, so am a child of City Sanitation. We contacted the company, director and head of the shift, and asked some free time for Roza so she could visit the hairdresser and makeup artist and the filming could begin - Andrija explains, and concludes that the entire story is a real "energetic bomb" for him and his colleagues, because everybody recognized kindness, sincere attitude toward a person and great, mutual appreciation.

Video where Roza is getting a hair coloring, hairdrying and make up while she enjoys the glass of beer like a true lady, has over 300.000 views.
