Strong bad weather caused problems in Ulcinj, especially on Ada Bojana, where the river level increased significantly. The houses and restaurants by the riverside were flooded, and the water took over the Great Beach. However, the locals are used to this kind of sight, and they weren't too disturbed.

They just don't care. This is the best way to describe this sight in Ulcinj.

Namely, two men and a girl are sitting at the table, everything is floating around them and they are casually drinking wine in rubber boots.

However, these locals are used to this kind of situations. We believe that this relaxation with the wine was good for them after the entire afternoon of fixing the damage caused to the flooded houses.

Certain villages are cut off from the rest of the world near Ulcinj, and that only shows how serious the situation is. They can be accessed only by boats and by water.

Villages around Ulcinj, Lisna and Bora, have been cut off from the world for days. The roads and auxiliary facilities were flooded and the houses are surrounded by water.

Jugo wind and large tidal wave have flooded Great Ulcinj beach and the river Bojana couldn't flow as it normally does, that is why the water level rose.
