Incredible tragedy in Skopje: He saved his granddaughter from a bus rushing towards them, and he died from shock

Thanks to the fast reaction of K.N. (55) from Skopje, a young life was saved, but the heart of the brave man couldn't endure several moments after that. He fainted, and when he was transported to the hospital they could only determine his death.

Real drama happened yesterday around 15:15 in the street of Indira Gandi in Skopje where K.N. had a stand. His granddaughter was with him, whose name was not announced by the police.

While K.N. was selling on the stand, he noticed that a private bus was rushing towards them, and the driver couldn't stop for some reason. Realizing that the bus will hit at them, K.N. jumped, he grabbed his granddaughter and he jumped to the ground. A few seconds later the bus ran over the stand where they were previously located.

When the danger has passed, probably from the shock and from the thought what could have happened, K.N. fainted. He was transported by another vehicle to the clinic where the doctors determined his death.

With the approval of the Public Prosecutor, the body of K.N. was handed over to his family for a funeral.
