There will be a luxury hotel St. Regis, of the Meriot chain in the already recognizable building of 40 floors that will dominate not only Belgrade's Waterfront but also the panorama of the whole capital.

It will be the highest hotel with the residential area in Serbia and the landmark of Belgrade Waterfront. It will look at the river Sava from the height of 160 meters.
Upon completion of the works, it will be the most popular tourist attraction in the city. There will be a panoramic view house at the top of the building. The hotel will take nine ten floors in the tower. It will have 125 rooms and apartments with the view of the city and Sava river.
It will also have a recognizable restaurant on the final floor, with the panoramic view, and it will be open 24/7. St. Regis Bar, Spa Center, pool, gym, and the event area for meetings and special celebration.

Tower Belgrade is in the middle of the public square, open area which takes more than 12.000 square meters, and it will become the center for events in the future intended for families and interactive events and celebrations during the entire year.
