D.S. (45) from Rupalj, Croatia, had to use the crane to evict his tenant from Germany because he was not paying the rent and the bills.

The man left the 6.000 Euros debt and a cage with 15 malamutes and two wolves.

There has been going on a fierce fight between the German and D.S. about paying the bills.

However, D.S. had the last drop, and decided to take the matter into his own hands.

He used a crane, took out all the things, shoved them into a van which we then transferred out of the yard.

- My friends call me, asking have I really evicted my tenant with a crane? Now that you wrote the story, do you want to hear my side? - said he to the newspaper office after Zadarski.hr news portal published the story about what he did.

As he explained, the tenant had lived for about a year and a half in the house, and the problems started after the first year had passed.

- That man kept dogs in the back yard. He left a cage with 15 malamutes and two wolves! Those animals are not barking, they are howling! This is why all the other residents were furious at me for letting him in - said D.S.

Before doing this, he had first changed the lock on the door and he put a chain on the gate.

But,the tenant cut the chain with machine scissors and entered the house.

D.S. then called the police who have filed a crime report against the German.
