- What excites me about this project is the first project i believe in the history of Miami that is focused on business and in development of jobs and opportunities for the citizens to really develop a sense of place in the city that's not based on tourism and it's not really based on construction. It's a project filled with arts and trade and international commerce and it's not a project centered around making more condos or more apartments - Bernard Zyscovich, architect/urban designer.
