Her body was in the central chapel in Belgrade in Deligradska Street.

From the PUC "Funeral Services" they say that such an error has never happened, and that all employees who were involved in this case will be severely punished.

- In our chapel in Deligradska, two deceased persons with the same name arrived. The error was caused by misidentifications made by the authorized person from the private funeral agencies by the family of one of the deceased - according to the PUC "Funeral Services" and added:

- PUC "Funeral" was placed in an untenable position. Unfortunately, the PUC "Funeral" was not able to exercise control and influence on their work.

They also expressed regret over the incident.

- Once again, we express our regret over this situation and assure you that the PUC "Funeral Services" will introduce more rigorous control with the aim that a case like this never happens - they wrote for Telegraf.

We learn, for humanitarian reasons, the PUC will bear all costs incurred due to this situation.

They pointed out that in accordance with an agreement with the families of deceased persons, they will organize and perform the funeral.
