AGROKOR CASE: 12 associates released pending trial, Ivica Todoric detained

Everybody was released, while Ivica Todoric was determined with one-month in custody

The judge of the Zagreb County Court, Zoran Luburic, ordered the detention for Ivica Todoric after the hearing, which lasted for seven hours, while the other 14 suspects in the action Agrokor were released pending trial.

This means that the 12 arrested in the Agrokor case, who were brought to the Zagreb County Court, will be released, and a warrant could be released for Todoric's arrest if he doesn't appear in Croatia.

A warrant will be issued if he doesn't appear in Croatia in the next three days.

The Zagreb County State Prosecution informed earlier on their website that they reached the decision they will ask for custody of all suspects after questioning 12 out of 15 total suspects in this case.
