Montenegro has 64 millionaires: This is how much money the richest citizen has

The total amount of deposits of individuals and companies at the end of last year amounted to almost three billion euros

64 citizens had deposits of more than one million euros in Montenegro at the end of last year, and the largest individual deposit amounted to 63.3 million euros, according to the Central Montenegro bank.

The number of millionaires in Montenegro is higher by ten compared to a year earlier, and the amount of the largest deposit increased by almost 50 million euros.

The total amount of deposits of individuals and companies at the end of last year amounted to almost three billion euros.

1.7 billion euros were deposits of the citizens, and 1.3 billion the deposits of the companies, stated from the Deposit Protection Fund.

When it comes to the countries in the region, there are around 22.000 millionaires in Croatia, according to the data from last year, and they have 7.35 billion euros in their bank accounts.

There are around 18.000 citizens who are millionaires in Serbia while there are 600 citizens in Bosnia and Herzegovina whose savings is going over a million KM.
