A disturbing video appeared on the Facebook page "Podgoricki vremeplov" showing a reckless driver of a black car making mess on roundabouts and streets of Montenegro capital.

The video shows a driver pressing gas, turning in place, and then driving fast and turning the car again, without paying any attention to other participants in traffic, who carefully and in confusion move their four wheelers to the side of the road.

This scene caused a barrage of negative comments on social networks and the following sentences could be seen under the video:

- Its a shame to punish him for this, he still has to take driving lessons. 

- Brother is not giving up from practice, its a beauty to watch him whole day from the balcony how persistent he is :) 

- Car burned out, burned out tires, confused people and he did nothing smart...

- If he did this in Germany, next to the ban on driving, he would stay in mental hospital. 

- The god punished him because he is crazy, and the parents rewarded him... It is sad that no one will do anything against someone like this until someone loses their lives...

Just some of the comments. But, until the existing laws are applied in Balkans, these scenes will continue to be common...
