Slovenian President Borut Pahor, who is a favorite on Instagram, especially with younger generations who think of him as a "king" of that social network, has published a photo with a message where he wanted to point out to some bad habits in life, like smoking and excessive sunbathing, but he received a large number of criticism besides likes.

With the photo that highlights his wrinkles, he wrote:
- I am 55 years old and I wear wrinkles on my face like a pug dog. That is a tribute to the sins from the past for smoking too much and exposing myself to the strong sun through the entire days. Perhaps I won't go to the tanning place tonight.
Favorite for his directness, Pahor was now criticized for his leisure and frivolity.
The followers who criticized him wrote, among other things, that it was a "joke" and that Pahor degrades the presidential position, although he promised to change his behavior after he was re-elected the president, that he will deal with serious political issues because the president must also have a moral authority.
Some particularly resented the president's dilemma whether to go to the tanning place when there are protests in front of the government and the president palace because the people requested the increase of wages which were reduced due to the crisis.
The president's office responded saying that the president had good intentions and he wanted to point out the harmfulness of bad habits to the young people.
