The session of the National Security Council, scheduled for this morning, was urgently held last night after a brutal arrest of the head of the Kosovo and Metohija Office, Marko Djuric in Kosovska Mitrovica by the so-called Kosovo police and his "expulsion" from the southern Serbian province.

After the session held on the occasion of chaos in the north of Kosovo and Metohija (KiM), the Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic addressed the citizens.

- I talked to Marko Djuric, he is on his way to Belgrade and he will be admitted to some health institution, he said that he has certain problems. It is interesting that all media wanted to brief us with the fact that Djuric isn't allowed to enter Kosovo because he didn't respect the procedures agreed on in 2016 and he announced his arrival 72 hours earlier - Vucic said.

Vucic said that at 9:44 in the morning, 75 hours before the event will take place on Kosovo and Metohija, the office for KiM notified the authorities in Kosovo that he will arrive in that car with the driver on the Kosovo territory with the documents.

- If I filed a request, they had to ask for it 72 hours before, and it is only valid 24 hours for Djuric. In any case, we are not asking for any permits, we are just notifying them - Vucic said.

The president said that it means that Djuric notified the authorities about the visit three times.

- The name Nikola Selakovic is added to the list on 24th March at 15:00 hours and they were announced again. Then the response from Pristina arrives at midnight on March 25th saying that they are not able to give a positive response because the request wasn't submitted on time. And now - that wasn't a request, but a notification, so they don't have to answer anything, and the other thing is, they lie - Vucic said.

He said that it is interesting that Pacoli said that Djuric isn't allowed to enter Kosovo because he encourages hatred.

- Does this made-up country think to introduce verbal delict as a crime? That would be a miracle. So, Serbia respected all bilateral agreements and international legal acts. They came to the meeting on inner dialogue where around 70 people gathered and who listened quietly what they had to say. We received information prior to that that terrorists, dressed in uniforms, showed they are capable of taking the north of Kosovo. With the direct support of Eulex, because the vehicles of special forces were escorted by Eulex vehicles. The same Eulex which doesn't even consider investigating how was Oliver Ivanovic murdered or why was Milorad Zajic arrested - the president said.

He said that he asked the people in EU the same thing, but he didn't get the response, because, they find it more important to "help Albanians to strike fear deep into the bones of Serbian people at the north of Kosovo and to take over the Serbian province".

The president said that Western representatives told us to stay calm and not to send the military, and they allowed the terrorists on Kosovo to perform a wide-scale action where the terrorist gang stormed infiltrated the northern Mitrovica, threw shock bombs and fought everybody on sight.

- They arrested Marko Djuric. Why? Because he sent letters three times, in accordance with the regulations? Then they started beating him in front of everybody. Then the gang of terrorists took pictures to have the trophy, and then 50 lame terrorists took Djuric to the streets of Pristina. They caught the tortured Marko Djuric and they dragged across the Pristina streets while the other terrorists whistled. Everybody who participated in the Djuric's kidnapping will answer, including the two citizens of Serbian nationality - the president said.

The president said that Serbian officials acted absolutely according to regulations and that someone else "wanted to show that they are very strong".

- We will let them have their way, to think that they are so strong and they can show that they successfully beat an unarmed, barehanded, and physically weak man, uninterested in anything like that. We congratulate you, you are great heroes, you are so strong and powerful... But slowly, still waters run deep, you know that that I like to see what happens at the end, and not to be so strong at the start - Vucic said.

Vucic pointed that whoever thinks that they can charge with weapons without the consent of Serbs to the north of Kosovo, they are breaking the Brussels agreement and they are jeopardizing the safety of the citizens.

- Serbia won't allow it. This was a great lesson. We will start calling things with a different name in the future - the president said and added that it is difficult to speak about the continuation of dialogue.

It was a hard day for the citizens of Serbia, Vucic mentions.

- The Albanian terrorists wanted to show that they have the support of the western forces, thanks for revealing that, and we will continue to do our work, we have fulfilled everything by the Brussels agreement, and we will wait for years for them to found the Community of Serbian municipalities. They haven't mentioned that for five years, and they have today. They don't want it, that is a fact - Vucic said.

Vucic stressed that it was a great hypocrisy that they didn't arrest Nikola Selakovic.

- That means that there are no laws, that it is a rule of barbarism. They don't like Marko Djuric because he is against independent Kosovo. They had the warrant to take him in and nobody else. He had said something in Brussels recently they didn't like - Vucic said and he didn't want to confirm if he talked with the Russian president Vladimir Putin, but he did mention that the list of people he wants to talk to is long.
