One such case was recorded in Kiseljak in Bosnia and Herzegovina because the video shows a police vehicle overtaking a car at high speed with no rotating emergency lights, over a full line. 

The video was posted on the portal "Radiosarajevo.ba", and the mentioned situation was recorded by the driver who drove behind the patrol.

The video shows that the driver who recorded the violation is driving around 120 km/h, which means that the patrol vehicle was going with even a greater speed.

The readers of the portal mentioned that these kinds of situations are happening more and more and the members of the police are endangering their own, and the lives of other participants in the traffic.
