It is about a middle aged man and a woman, and they committed the crime over their own underage 17 year old daughter.
According to the Croatian media, her father allegedly raped her, and mother knew about everything, she just kept silent.
The events allegedly happened during summer, after what the girl ended up on treatment. During the therapy she confessed to someone and the entire case was handed to the police and Croatian State Attorney's Office.
Other circumstances of this case are unknown. It is expected that the Split State Attorney's Office will ask for the couple to remain in custody. The penalty for this offense is up to ten years.
