Serbian Prime Minister congratulated the upcoming holidays to citizens of Serbia, with the message that they will live easier and more safer with each passing day and year.

The congratulations message states: 

"I wish to inform you that on this day, the last day of the year 2016, when the vault has been closed, and there are no more deposits and withdrawals, Serbian government recorded a surplus of 4.2 billion dinars.  

You, citizens of Serbia, has managed to make this extraordinary result, despite all challenges, especially taking in consideration that in 2016, from interest on public debt only, we payed 128.5 billion dinars.  

We created surplus in the state safe thanks to working together, discipline and the belief of you, citizens of Serbia, that we can change ourselves and our country.  

I wish you successful New Year, lots of work, and the safe of our Serbia will be getting fuller. 

That means that you will live safer and easier with each passing day, a month, a year.
