This is not new, "Nike" wanted to sign Novak five years ago, and to have in their team with Roger Federer and Rafael Nadal. However, "Uniklo" stepped in, offering Djokovic six million dollars, which seemed impracticable for "Nike" compared to Federer and Nadal at the moment.

In any case, "Nike" showed interest again to sign Novak, Spanish portal "Marketing Deportivo" reports.

And now, they have even more reason for it, considering where the careers of Federer and Nadal are going. And "Nike" always needs the best, especially in tennis because they want to remain dominant.

It is still unknown how much money American company prepared for Djokovic.
