Oliver Magdic, a Slavonian who goes to seek work in Germany, decided to address the Croatian government through his Facebook profile and explain to them what made him decide on this step.

This Croat is running away from Croatia: I don’t want to live with Ustashas and criminals who dream about new Jasenovac!

In his post, he wrote that he was leaving because there were no jobs in his profession, and he added that he had worked outside Croatia before, and he also compared the salaries, reports Index.hr.

He said to the government that they should be ashamed because they have driven off half of Slavonia. This is his entire post:

"There, I have something to say. First, I want to say who am I. I am 22 years old from Slavonia. I am an agricultural technician, working as a welder.

Why am I working as a welder? Because there is no work for my profession. Because YOU have set a minimum wage of 320 euros and the slave owners are gladly using it and because of that, the young worker has no future.

I worked in Luxembourg, where the wage for the jobs I do is up to 6.000 euros. I got 2.000 euros in this Croatian company.

What will our retirement be like? If you can live to retirement at all with this kind of job.

A workplace in my company is earned if you are in good family connection with the ones up there, and then you are a manager or a chief of the construction site and those people think that they are the best in the world. They gather a crew around them that are closest to them, and they treat others like garbage.

This is what prompted me to write this, I am going to Germany tomorrow, while my friends and girlfriend escorted me to the station I started crying three times, watching around me and thinking that I see it now and I won't be seeing it in the next three months, my family, my girlfriend, my Slavonija.

My dad has been in the army for 26 years, he has been through the war, he has gone through hell. He fought for his family, country, for future children and a wife. It turned out he fought for YOU, because YOU live like kings because you have no shame, you steal in every way you can. And he escorted me today with a weak voice out of the country where he fought in.

Why is everything so miserable? Why are people quiet? Why is nothing changing?

I know that this what I wrote doesn't mean much to anyone, but I am writing this with tears in my eyes because I am sorry that I have to leave everything that is mine.

You are talking about some reduction of unemployment, people are laughing at your statements. It's normal that there are less unemployed people when you have driven out half of Slavonija. They are employed, but not in Croatia. You should be ashamed".
