Albanians are not allowing us to celebrate a holiday on Kosovo! A scandalous decision of the parliament in Pristina

They say it's a provocative and very offensive request for Albanians

Albanian MPs, members of the relevant parliamentary committee that discussed the Kosovo Holidays Act, are uniquely against the Serbian List's request to include June 28th, the Serbian Orthodox holiday Vidovdan in the act.

The battle for Interpol begins: The offensive of Pristina and the sharp response from Belgrade

Pristina Koha writes today that the Serbian List asked to include June 28th into the Act on Holidays, but the MP Miljaim Zeka was the first against that, who thinks that this request is an insult for Albanians.

Zeka said that he had nothing against this Serbian holiday, but considers it to be a provocative and very offensive request for Albanians.

He said that the reason for that is because Serbs don't respect the "state symbols of Kosovo", and the possibility that they will appear on the celebration with pictures of Milosevic.

He, responding to the request of the Serbian List, said that the opposition Movement Self-Determination did not respect the "state symbols of Kosovo".

However, the deputy of this movement, Adem Mikulovci, resented this, saying that it was not nice to compare the Serbian List and Self-Determination.

- It is not nice to compare Self-Determination with the Serbian List. I will never vote for that - said Mikulovci.

Member of the Alliance for the future of Kosovo, Rasim Selmanaj, was against including Vidovdan into the Holiday Act.
