After the court decision in Colmar to refuse a request for his extradition to Serbia, Ramush Haradinaj, a former Kosovo Liberation Army leader, announced that he is a "free man going home." He was released from the courtroom and gave a brief statement to the media, and then sat down in the black "BMW" and drove off.
