Jokic will make more than 100 million dollars and he will become the highest paid Serbian player in the NBA ever: It will be double what Divac and Stojakovic used to make (VIDEO)

The Serbian basketball player should receive a fabulous deal with Denver at the end of this season

Serbian Center Nikola Jokic is the most wanted "merchandise" in the NBA league, and it is expected to be crazy on the market and the fight of the clubs to bring him. Of course, Denver will have the right to make the first offer and they will surely open big time to the guy from Sombor who could become the highest paid Serbian in NBA ever.

When Nole was a kid, he asked his coach to go to a party and he allowed it, but when Djokovic repeated the question he understood why he will become a great champion! (VIDEO)

He has another year of a contract with Denver remaining but under the clause team options, and if the Nuggets let him go, he will become a free agent in 2019 and any team can take him if they equalize the offer of the team from Colorado.

Nuggets won't wait for that option, but they will offer a new contract which will have six digits this summer.

According to the estimates of the site denverstiffs.com, Jokic could get 113 million dollars for four seasons, and if there are more seasons, the number could go to 150 million dollars.

It would look like this if we go by seasons: 2018/19 -25.2 million, 2019/20 - 27,1 million, 2020/21 - 29,1 million and 2021/22 - 31, million. If we look at the last number, he will be up with the top 5 highest paid players in NBA.

Simple comparison, the top 5 highest paid are now: Stephen Curry 34.6, Lebron James 33.2, Paul Millsap from Denver 31.2, Gordon Hayward 29.7, Blake Griffin 29.5 million dollars.

Of course, there is a problem of a salary cap, the certain amount of money a club can spend on players, but, it is believed that Denver will make some space by trading some players because of Jokic.

If these predictions become true, Jokic will become highest paid player ever in the last year of the contract, he would have a double the salary of Pedja Stojakovic (14.9) million, and two and a half times of Divac (12 million).

But, Jokic won't be lonely. It is expected that Bogdan Bogdanovic, if he continues with this rise, will have a lit larger contract than now. He is currently playing for 9.4 million per season.
