He is not even hiding, but he is sitting in cafes, relaxed, and walks around the streets in Gnjilane and Prizren.  

Besides that, he is planing the attacks on Serbian holy sites on Kosovo, reports Daily Mail.

Lavdrim allegedly came to Kosovo and Metohija in November, when a part of his friends was arrested on the game between Albania and Israel.  

Muhadzeri appeared in Syria 4 years ago, and he quickly became a star of ISIS. He was recorded multiple times decapitating people's heads and blowing them up with rocket launchers.

He is known for his main role in the propaganda video "Rattling of swords".
