The sources of this Belgrade paper say that the focus of Albanians are light artillery and modern infantry weapons they would use to arm their forces, whose forming was shaken by Belgrade but also NATO western forces.

Prisina insists on this arsenal because of fear from Serbian military. Pristina strategists believe that this weapons are their greatest need, that this is the only thing they could use to oppose the tanks in the case that Serbia sends armored vehicles into province, if Serbian people are in danger.

The Albanian plan is to complete the forming of the army in this and the following year, followed by the establishment of the command, and completion of personnel and equipment. Hashim Thaci and the creators of the new army expect it to be operational by 2019.

Professor of security Radomir Milasinovic sees the attempt of Pristina to round up the structure of future army by any cost in the negotiations to buy weaponry. This won't be possible without the consent of Washington and Brussels, as he said.

- It is not excluded that the Albanians are counting on cue or collusion with the West. If Belgrade has a reliable safety information that is amidst this, the state should react with diplomatic offensive in the UN and other international forums - says Milasinovic for Novosti.
