Roganovic, who is listed in police records as a member of the so-called "kavac" clan, was behind a wheel of "Golf 5" at the moment of explosion, and it is presumed that the trigger was pressed from afar, and real chaos occurred after.

Members of the Criminal Police Department, Senior Attorney and forensic experts conducted an investigation at the scene, and the preliminary results of the investigation indicate that this is a explosive of directed effect.

According to the available information, it is suspected that the plastic explosive was placed in the middle of the car, near the driver's seat, but everything points to the assumption that executioner was waiting for him, or watched him from close .

Also, investigators have no doubt that serious organized criminal groups are behind this bloody act and that Roganovic was probably followed for a long time, as well as yesterday before the event itself.

For now, there is no tangible data that would point to trace the culprits of this crime.

He was transported by helicopter to Podgorica

However, given the severity Roganovic's injury, the focus of the case was put on his rescue. Doctors, who were in contact with Dnevne novine yesterday, think that his condition is extremely difficult and that he is in life danger - both his legs were amputated and some of the organs were removed.

First aid was administrated in the hospital in Meljinama, but he was transported by helicopter to Podgorica Clinical Center in afternoon hours.

- Roganovic was placed in intensive care with serious injuries incurred as a result of the explosion. Leg injuries are dominants -Director of Emergency Center Nermin Abdic commented briefly last night.

Witnesses: We thought that more people were in the car because of the blood spilled everywhere

Witlessness, who were spotted at the sight by Dnevne Novosti reported, speak about gruesome scene, but they say that is a miracle no one of the pedestrians or drivers of other cars got hurt.

A young man was moving from the direction Meljina to the main bus station in the immediate vicinity of the car where it exploded and stopped, crashing into a pillar of street lighting at the bus station. The force of the blast wave threw Roganovic up, and then he fell on the asphalt. Several eyewitnesses confirmed that young man had shattered legs the moment they first saw him.

- I was in the vicinity, while the ambulance arrived. It was a horrific scene, there was blood everywhere. At the time I thought that the vehicle contained two people, because everywhere were traces of blood - told the visibly shaken witness.

Another eyewitness said that he was in a nearby cafe, when he felt a terrible detonation.

- We went all out of the cafe and saw that Roganovic fell out of the car and he lost both legs. After being knocked out, the vehicle was moving and hit the light pole at the bus stop - he described.

On the occasion of a car explosion in the Adriatic road, directly in front of the bus station in Herceg Novi, "Vektra Boka", which owns the bus station, said that all passengers at bus station were unharmed and safe in the car bombing incident. Otherwise, traffic in Herceg Novi today hardly took place, smaller vehicles are diverted via an alternative route, while traffic for trucks and buses was disrupted more than four hours.

Roganovic got out of prison early last year

Roganovic was in 2014 sentenced to eight years in prison for the murder of a leader of fans of "Delije" (Red Star supporters) Marko P. Vesnic from Belgrade and wounding Ivan Markovic in Igalo, which occurred on 24 July 2009. After serving his sentence, Roganovic was released from prison on 27 January 2016.

Goran Vlaovic was pronounced guilty with the same verdict for the crime of assistance to offender after the commission of the offense, and he was given a suspended sentence, while Vladimir Roganovic and Drazen Cadjenovic were acquitted. The indictment stated that the Roganovic and Cadjenovic on 24 July 2009, as previously agreed, killed Vesnic and wounded Markovic near Youth Park in Igalo.

After they left the disco "Casa", while Vesnic was sitting on the bench, they attacked him, Vladimir Roganovic and Cadjenovic were inflicting blows with a knife in his left forearm and thigh. Dusko Roganovic fired two shots towards Vesnic and Markovic. Vlaovic subsequently secured apartment in "Villa Monaco", bringing them food, water and phone cards. Apparently, the conflict between the brothers Roganovic and the men from Belgrade broke out because of certain debts.

After a brief argument, he inflicted multiple light knife injuries to Vladimir Dzelatovic from Herceg Novi. Dzelatovic sustained injuries in lower extremities, and Roganovic managed to escape from the scene and to escape to Serbia thanks to the police inspector, who got him on scheduled flight en route Tivat - Belgrade without prior inspection and purchase of airline tickets.
