The Prosecutor of the Special Department for War Crimes has indicted Zdenko Grbavac (51) and Zeljko Simunovic (54) for war crimes committed during the conflict in the territory of BiH, against Serb civilians in the area of Bradina, Konjic and the surroundings, announced by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

They are accused that they separated three captured Serbian civilians from the line and that they took them to the yard of a house close to the Orthodox church, and later killing them with automatic rifles.

The accused Simunovic is charged with having participated in the torture and beatings of a Serbian prisoner together with other persons. 

Grbavac and Simunovic are accused of acting contrary to the provisions of Geneva Convention for the Protection of Civilians during the War and that they committed Crimes against Humanity with their actions.
