Drunk Serb arrested in Croatia for driving on the wrong side of the road

Novigrad police stopped a 49-year citizen of Serbia on the freeway A3 near the place Resetari, who was driving a car under influence, in the opposite direction, reported Slavonia-Brod police directorate on Tuesday.

The citizen of Serbia was stopped last night around 20:30 on the highway A3, Bregana - Lipovac, on the Novigrad area at Resetari, during the supervision of the traffic.

It was determined with alcohol test that the 49-year-old was steering a car in an opposite direction while he was under influence.

He was brought to the Novigrad police station, where he was detained until he became sober, and he will be brought to the misdemeanor court in Nova Gradiska, they reported from the Police Directorate of Brod-Posavka.
