Haradinaj was arrested last Wednesday at the airport of Basel-Mulhouse in the French side, on the basis of arrest warrant that Serbia issued in 2004 and he is in custody.
Serbia wants him on suspicion that he committed crimes in Kosovo in 1998 and 1999 that were not covered by the indictment of the Hague Tribunal which he was acquitted of.
These are war crimes against the civilian population in the zone of Dukadjini responsibility in 1998 and 1999.
