The latest information on the murder on Zakynthos say that the first hit with a fist to the head was lethal to the American tourist Bakari Henderson in July. Five Serbs were suspected of his murder, and a total of nine people were arrested. Judging by the findings from the autopsy, he has died from the first blow, and no one of the Serbian citizens has hit him first, "Telegraf" exclusively finds out. This could be the new evidence and a great help for the defense of the charged Serbs.

He said only one word in the courtroom and they all went silent: The mother of murdered Kristina (18) face to face with the murderer who stabbed her child 88 times (VIDEO)

The lawyer of the two accused Zora Nikodinovic Dobricanin told us that she had been waiting for an autopsy investigation since July and that they only received it a few days ago.

- I have given the report that arrived from the Greek institute to our famous forensic expert and he explained it to me that Henderson died from the first hit, which was inflicted from the front side of the head, causing a blood vessel to burst, which is deadly. Even if no other blows were inflicted, he wouldn't have survived, and he didn't receive the first blow from any of the accused Serbs - Zora Dobricanin Nikodinovic explains.

Since the first blow was not inflicted by foot, and since it was not inflicted by our citizens, it is supposed that the main suspect for the death could be Bosnian Amir or Greek who also participated in the fight.

The five suspects are held in detention which, according to Greek law, can last up to 18 months until the start of the trial.

As announced, the trial for this case will be held in the Greek town of Patras.
