The video you have shows a treasurer of the Temple who steals the money from the safe for sick and poor and puts the bundles of money into his pockets. This video came to Patriarch Irinej. When he saw it, he almost had a nervous breakdown, especially when he saw at the end of the video when he saw the priest hitting his pockets to make them smaller so they can't be seen under the mantle. That treasurer was caught and punished, and he is now in a smaller church, close to Belgrade, and he does his service there, instead of ending up in prison like all thieves. The problem is that the highest sentence for stealing in a church is not to remove their mantles, just - relocation to smaller churches. So the Patriarch Irinej tried to clear the church from bad seeds and punished the priests who were caught stealing with million dinars. I am just saying if they took a million dinars every month, they would take around 750.000 euros per year - reveals the source of Telegraf, close to the Serbian Orthodox Church.
