Tabakovic: Too early to discuss increasing salaries, pensions

Petrovic: We do not think 2015 will see economic growth

Katarina Stanic, the director of the Center for Social Policy and an expert on pensions and pension systems shows that these are all relics of the old regulations, and these two pensioners who receive their pension from 1945 have earned this right during the Liberation War.

- Let's not forget that up until 2001, the age limit for retirement was not reared for 35 years - says Stanic .

In addition, Stanic says that before, there existed a series of acts under the "special regulations" such as those from NOR or administrative pensions, which have meanwhile been eliminated. In addition, the age limit has been raised for family and privileged pensions.

All changes from 2000 on-wards will certainly lead to a reduced number of such pensioners.
