Unprecedented crime over a banal reason: Mother, father and daughter brutally murdered while sleeping (VIDEO)

The citizens of Debar, a quiet town in the west of Macedonia, are in shock after learning that an entire family was murdered in cold blood in the street "May 1st", Amit Pocesta (54), his wife Nazime (53) and their daughter Anila (14).

All three were murdered while sleeping, and their lifeless bodies were discovered by relatives who came to check up on them since they didn't show up at the family celebration. The motive for this crime is most probably something banal - a dispute over the fence, and it is suspected that the murder was committed by a relative.

The tragedy was discovered by close relatives of family Pocesta. Since they did not show up for a family celebration last night, the relatives went to them, and in the house, they found a terrible scene. They saw the married couple in a pool of blood, and their murdered daughter Anila was dead in her room. 

- They were supposed to be at the wedding of a sister of murdered wife this morning at 9 AM. Since they didn't appear last night, they tried to reach them on the phone, and when no one answered they went to see what was going on. The front door was locked, the window opened. A cousin entered through the window. He saw two dead in one room, and a dead body in the other - the neighbor said for the Skopje television Telma.

Relatives of the murdered married couple and their daughter, who live in the next house, said that they didn't hear anything, nor have they noticed anything suspicious. They stressed that Pocesta were very calm family and they don't understand why would someone reach into their lives. They say that it was fortunate that their two other children weren't there, who had to return to Italy two days before, where this five member family lived and worked before.

- We didn't hear anything. All three of them were murdered, the father, the mother, the daughter. They were very good, family people. They have been working abroad for 30 years - their relative said through tears.

The motive of the triple murder is still unknown, and it is speculated that the murders happened due to the dispute between the relatives for the border.

- The murders were performed with a gun by an unknown murderer. The police are taking all necessary measures in order to find the perpetrator and to completely shed light on this case, Stefan Dimoski said, spokesman of the police Ohrid said.

The Basic Public Prosecutor's Office in Gostivar said that paraffin gloves were taken and that the homes of people the victims had recent contact were searched.

The public prosecutor issued an order for the autopsy of the bodies of the killed, as well as for the expert analysis of all the evidence found at the scene of the crime. Two persons will be additionally interrogated who knew the victims and it is expected that they will help in solving the crime.

The triple murder caused shock and disbelief in Debar, little city where a crime like this didn't happen for more than a century.
