In Borislav's (14) home who just had his stitches removed: He was beaten by "mistake", and now he has stitched liver and broken ribs (VIDEO) (PHOTO)

Borislav Milic (14) from Belgrade was brutally beaten in the night between 4 and 5 March in park Vracar. He was beaten by a group of young men who had run out of two cars thinking that Borislav is someone else and started hitting him. Immediately after the beating, he was taken to hospital in critical condition where he was immediately operated on. Now he is better, and recovers at his home.

Our team visited his family because 11 days after this tragic event, even though the perpetrators have been identified, they are still walking in freedom. 

We found Borislav in bed with his head and torso in bandages, but well enough to speak what has happened on that night. He remembers that five guys came on that night, who were send by their friends from the party in nearby building. 

- They asked who was messing with the guys from the party and then they hit me with a bottle on the head, and then i fell down. I remember that they were hitting me in the stomach, and i don't remember anything after that. I didn't run away, but i asked them to please stop while they were hitting me, but they didn't - Borislav talks with sadness in his voice.

- His family is disgusted with the fact that perpetrators of this monstrous act still on freedom.

- He was beaten by a group of five men because he was in the wrong place in the wrong time. He recognized them in the police, but they are still on freedom - Gorda Sotra said with revolt, the mother of the beaten Borislav.

- One of the perpetrators ran away early in the morning to Montenegro, but inspector said that it has nothing to do with Borislav because he already had the ticket to go there - Gorda continues the story and she said that she received the information that the "people who treacherously beat and tortured their child are actually lovely boys, athletes". 

Borislav had his stitches removed yesterday, and he got a fever.

- Because of those "nice" guys, athletes, who said in the report that they were hitting him with a broom, my child now has stitched liver, scull fracture, removed spleen, broken ribs... In a hospital he told me in a moment: "Mom, i am seeing two of you". His head is still monitored, we still didn't go to the neurosurgeon - reveals desperate Gorda and adds:

- My son now has traumas, he is afraid like we all are in the house, but i certainly won't allow it to end like this. This monsters have to be where they belong. I am asking all people who know anything to talk to us and to help us.

Mirjana Radovanovic, who was hired as an agent by the parents of a minor Borislav says that parents got the information from the police that four people were arrested because they beat their son and Borislav and that they were charged with the crime of attempted murder.

- However, it turned out that these information were not true. After checking in to the police and the prosecutor's office i confirmed that nobody was detained, and that police do not know who the perpetrators were, and and that the mater is handled by Department for minors - Sixth Division - said Mirjana to Telegraf.

The case was forwarded from police to the Prosecutor's Office  - Department for minors, although none of the perpetrators are minors, and the perpetrators were identified as N. N. faces.

- Branislav saw the attackers, identified them, said their names and last names and parents informed police about that, but the attackers were still not heard as suspects, and the identification by the victim was still not organized, according to the  Article 90 of the Criminal Procedure Code - claims Radovanovic.

She doesn't understand that there are a lot of eyewitnesses, and that police still doesn't know who the perpetrators are, nor why the case is at Department for Minors when it says that they are N.N. people.
